By using Grid Raster Inc’s software, products, services and website (“our services”), you agree to the following terms and conditions, and any policies, guidelines or amendments thereto that may be posted from time to time, including but not limited to any legal notices we may post (collectively, the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software. These Terms govern your use of the Software and constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“the User”) and Grid Raster Inc. (“the Company”).

c. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except as permitted by applicable law.
2.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of the Software, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information.
2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
3.1 Compliance
You agree to use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3.2 Content
You are solely responsible for the content you upload, post, or otherwise transmit using the Software. You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use such content.
3.3 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

5.1 Ownership

Any feedback, suggestions, or recommendations you provide regarding the Software shall become the exclusive property of the Company without compensation to you.
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. The Company specifically disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and title.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Software, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and its licensors from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Software or your violation of these Terms.
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Software at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice or liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the County of Santa Clara, California.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Software after the changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.
